Cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees.
Refunds are issued only for eligible cancellations or defective/misrepresented products or services. Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery or completion.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or preferred account.
In special cases, partial refunds may be provided based on review.
